FORCAR Refrigerated Trolley for 3 GN1/1 Trays, 125 mm

A refrigerated trolley keeps prepared ingredients or plated dishes chilled while they move through a busy kitchen or into a service area. Static cooling circulates cold air inside the insulated cabinet without a fan, so the temperature stays even and the unit uses less power than a forced-air model. The chilled compartment is sized for three full-size GN1/1 gastronorm trays, letting staff transfer standardised containers from a blast chiller or cold room straight onto the trolley without repacking.

The operator loads the trays into the cabinet, closes the plexiglass cover to keep the cold air in, and sets the thermostat between -5 °C and +5 °C. Once the unit is plugged into a 230 V supply, the refrigeration system maintains the chosen temperature until the trolley is unplugged or the cover is opened. Directional handles and 125 mm multidirectional wheels let one person steer the trolley through doorways and around tight corners without lifting.

The trolley is built as a stainless steel AISI 304 structure with a clear plexiglass cover. Four 125 mm wheels are fitted, two of them locking for stability when the trolley is stationary. The static refrigeration system has no moving parts inside the cabinet, so cleaning is limited to wiping the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The plexiglass cover lifts off for access to the tray runners and the evaporator coil.

The 230 V, 50 Hz supply requirement matches a standard single-phase kitchen circuit. The 0.25 kW power rating keeps the electrical load low, so the trolley can run on the same circuit as other small appliances without tripping breakers. The overall footprint of 1240 mm by 720 mm fits through a standard kitchen doorway and leaves room for the operator to walk alongside. The 1260 mm height allows the trolley to pass under most worktop extractor hoods and service hatches.
