A refrigerated exhibition showcase keeps chilled products visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. The unit circulates cooled air behind a glass front, creating an even climate that prevents condensation on the display surface. This method ensures food stays fresh without drying out, and customers can see the items clearly without opening doors or breaking the cold chain.

The RTS200C is designed for countertop or floor placement. Two stainless steel shelves slide into adjustable positions, allowing the operator to arrange products at eye level. The rounded glass front curves outward, giving a panoramic view and reducing reflections that could obscure the display. A single door at the rear opens for restocking, while the ventilated system keeps the temperature stable across both shelves.

To use the showcase, the operator loads products onto the shelves through the rear door, then sets the desired temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C using the control panel. The unit powers on and begins circulating chilled air, monitored by an internal thermostat. The glass front remains closed during operation, preserving the internal climate while allowing continuous display. When restocking is needed, the rear door opens briefly to minimise temperature fluctuation.

The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the two adjustable shelves. The glass front is tempered for safety and rounded to enhance visibility. The ventilated cooling system operates on a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply, drawing 1.3 kW to maintain the set temperature range.

Controls include a digital thermostat for setting the temperature and a power switch. The thermostat allows precise adjustment within the +2 °C to +10 °C range, suitable for displaying chilled foods, desserts, or beverages without freezing them.

The 200 L volume provides space for a full day's stock without overcrowding, while the 1000x638x1250 mm footprint fits standard worktops or floor spaces in retail and catering environments. The 115 kg weight ensures stability but may require two people to move the unit into position. The 1.3 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical circuit, which should be considered when planning kitchen or shop layouts.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces and shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The glass front can be cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to maintain clarity. The rear door and interior should be checked regularly to ensure the ventilated system remains unobstructed, allowing consistent airflow and temperature control.

The RTS200C is part of FORCAR's refrigerated display range, designed for professional use in shops, cafés, and catering environments where chilled products need to be both stored and showcased.
