A chilled showcase keeps prepared dishes, desserts or plated meals at serving temperature without drying or warming them. Cool air circulates inside a sealed cabinet, drawn from the top or rear by a quiet fan and passed over an evaporator coil. The coil removes heat from the air, lowering its temperature to the set point. The cooled air then flows down the back and across the base, rising again at the front to form an even curtain that protects every shelf. Because the air is dry, condensation does not form on the glass, so the food stays visible and appetising.

The operator loads the shelves through the sliding or hinged front panel, arranges the items, and closes the door. A thermostat maintains the temperature automatically, so no further adjustment is needed until the showcase is emptied and cleaned.
