FORCAR Showcase 850 mm Z for chilled display

A chilled showcase keeps prepared foods and beverages at safe serving temperatures while presenting them through a clear front panel. The unit draws heat from the interior with a refrigeration circuit and expels it at the rear, maintaining a steady low temperature that slows bacterial growth and preserves texture and flavour. The glass front and internal lighting let customers view the items without opening the door, reducing temperature fluctuations and energy waste.

The operator loads the shelves from the rear or side access, arranges the products, and sets the desired temperature on the control panel. Once the unit reaches the set point, it cycles the compressor and fan to hold the temperature within a narrow range. The display remains lit during service hours, and the glass front can be cleaned without interrupting the refrigeration.

The cabinet is sized 850 mm wide, 350 mm deep and 210 mm high, giving a compact footprint that fits along a worktop or counter. The colour code VL4749 identifies the finish of the exterior panels.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass front with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and vacuuming the condenser coil at the rear to remove dust that would reduce cooling efficiency.
