A refrigerated display case keeps prepared food at safe serving temperatures while allowing customers a clear view of every item. The unit circulates chilled air evenly around two separate compartments, preventing warm spots and preserving texture and flavour. Each compartment can hold different products—salads, desserts or sandwiches—without flavour transfer, so the menu stays organised and appealing throughout service.

The operator loads the trays or containers into each compartment, closes the Plexiglas doors, and sets the desired temperature on the control panel. Once running, the case maintains the chill without further adjustment, letting staff concentrate on other tasks. Customers can see the full selection from both sides, which speeds up ordering and reduces the need to open the doors repeatedly.
