A heated display case keeps plated dishes at serving temperature while presenting them to customers through transparent sides. The unit circulates warm air inside a sealed compartment, preventing food from cooling and drying out. A humidification device adds moisture to the air, preserving texture and appearance without condensation forming on the glass.

The operator loads the dishes onto the shelf, closes the Plexiglas doors, and sets the adjustable thermostat to the desired holding temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C. Once the temperature is reached, the case maintains it automatically, allowing staff to focus on service rather than reheating.

The construction is stainless steel AISI 304, chosen for durability and hygiene in professional kitchens. Plexiglas sides and doors on both sides provide full visibility while keeping the interior climate stable. The adjustable thermostat controls the heating element, and the humidification device ensures consistent humidity levels.
