A refrigerator table combines chilled storage with a solid worktop, letting kitchen staff keep ingredients cold while preparing dishes directly on the unit. The cooling system circulates cold air evenly across the interior, maintaining a consistent temperature between 0 °C and +8 °C. This range keeps fresh produce, dairy and pre-prepared items safe without freezing them, preserving texture and flavour. Ventilated cooling prevents hot spots and ice build-up, so food stays at the correct temperature throughout service.
