A refrigerated cabinet designed to store gastronorm GN2/1 pans at consistent chilled temperatures without requiring manual defrosting. Cold air circulates via a concealed evaporator, ensuring even cooling across all shelves. The evaporator's hidden placement maximises usable internal space, while an insulated motor compartment reduces noise and prevents heat transfer to stored items.

Connect the cabinet to a standard electrical supply, adjust the digital thermostat to the desired temperature between +0 °C and +8 °C, and arrange pans on the included grids or slide pairs. The door shuts automatically on a spring mechanism and can be locked for security. A heating element around the door frame prevents condensation, maintaining a dry seal and blocking ambient humidity.

Automatic defrosting is managed by a sensor that detects frost accumulation on the evaporator, initiating a heating cycle. Melted water collects in a tray beneath the evaporator and evaporates without manual intervention. Electronic controls regulate the defrosting temperature to avoid warming stored food.

The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, with galvanised plate on the back and bottom panels. Inside, rounded corners simplify cleaning, and LED lighting activates when the door opens. The door seal can be removed without tools, and the door's swing direction can be reversed. Four adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces.

The refrigeration system is a Monobloc unit, combining the compressor, condenser, and evaporator into a single module. This design allows for quick installation or replacement via a plug-in connection, eliminating the need for refrigerant handling. A stainless-steel shield protects the Monobloc, and its operation is quieter than split systems.

With a 650-litre capacity, the cabinet accommodates three GN2/1 pans per grid or six pans on slide pairs. Its external dimensions of 740 mm by 830 mm fit standard kitchen doorways, while the 2010 mm height clears most worktop overhangs. The unit weighs 123 kg, requiring a trolley or two people for movement.

The 420 W power consumption operates within a standard voltage range. The R290 refrigerant is an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon with low global-warming potential, meeting current ecological standards.

Maintenance is straightforward: the door gasket can be removed without tools for cleaning, and the interior's rounded corners minimise dirt accumulation. Condensation water evaporates automatically, removing the need for manual tray emptying. The LED lighting and stainless-steel surfaces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

The cabinet includes three grids and three pairs of slides for GN2/1 pans. The reversible, self-closing door features a lock for securing contents during use.
