The appliance is made entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The worktop is made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, ensuring a hygienic and easy-to-clean surface.

The warmer tank corresponds to GN 1/1 size and comes with a removable GN 1/1 container made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a height of 150 mm. This design allows for easy removal and cleaning of the container, ensuring convenient daily maintenance and maximum hygiene.

Heating is provided from both the top and bottom: the upper heating is performed by a ceramic heating element, while the lower heating is ensured by a sheathed resistor placed underneath the GN container. This dual-sided heating system helps to keep food evenly hot and fresh until serving. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a special false bottom that prevents direct contact between food and oil, thus preserving product quality and improving safety.
