FRUCOSOL Automatic Juicer F50C for Fresh Citrus Juice

An Automatic juicer presses whole citrus fruits without pre-cutting, using a motor-driven cone that rotates against a fixed reamer. The fruit is held in a basket and pressed down onto the cone; the pressure releases the juice, which flows through a strainer into a collecting vessel while the pulp and peel are ejected separately. This method extracts more juice than hand reaming and keeps the oil from the peel out of the drink, giving a cleaner flavour and longer shelf life for the juice.

To operate the F50C, load the basket with up to 4 kg of fruits such as oranges, lemons or grapefruits. The fruits must not exceed 85 mm in diameter. Switch the machine on with the On/Off display button; the cone starts rotating and the operator lowers the basket lever to press the fruits. The digital counter on the display tracks the number of fruits processed. Once the cycle is complete, lift the lever, remove the spent fruit halves and empty the juice container.

The body is made of stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The basket, cone and strainer are also stainless steel, while the collecting vessel is a removable plastic jug.

The 0.3 kW motor runs on either 230 V or 110 V, allowing the juicer to be connected to standard single-phase circuits found in most commercial kitchens. The weight of 36.3 kg means the unit is stable on a worktop and can be moved with a trolley but is not portable by hand. The footprint of 470 mm by 370 mm fits on a standard worktop or a narrow counter, leaving space for preparation around it.

Cleaning follows the stainless steel construction: after each service, the basket, cone and strainer are removed, rinsed and dried. The manufacturer states that dismounting, cleaning, drying and reassembling take about seven minutes.
