Description

AISI 304 stainless steel 8 lt tanks, 1,5 mm thick, pressed in a single piece, with rounded edges. The top table is pressed and equipped with a large, rounded bowl in order to create a wide oil expansion area, so to avoid any oil-overflowing during cooking and basket handling. The oil-discharging tap is in chromate-brass. Oil is discharged in a steel bowl, equipped with a stainless steel filter. Heating takes place via flame tubes placed inside the tank with internal fins for an improved heat exchange. Heat is produced by burners with high thermal efficiency, excellent productivity and reduced consumption. The mechanic valve and safety thermocouple, which guarantee a specific power of about 1,0 kW per litre of oil, allow a rapid rise in temperature of the oil itself when we load the unit. Piezoelectric ignition of the pilot light with independent battery. The temperature of cooking oil is controlled by a valve of the gas supply to the burners so as to obtain an immediate response to drops in temperature due to the introduction of the load. The maximum working temperature is set at 190°C and a safety thermostat interrupts the flow of gas in the event of a fault which would bring the oil temperature to exceed 235°C. The bulbs of work and safety thermostats are both fixed in the tank and carefully protected against accidental impacts. AISI 304 stainless steel door with magnetic closing.
