Gas fryer made of stainless steel (AISI 304/441) with a round basin. The fryer has a frying capacity of 50 kg per hour (pre-frying 25 kg per hour) per basin. The 13-liter basin has a diameter of 36 cm (including stainless steel lid), and is equipped with a cold zone with a bottom strainer.

A double-walled, insulated door.

A low-level drain tap for each tank and a drain (or filter) with a removable spout (easy and safe to use).

An upper tray for precooked food, with a perforated bottom for drainage.

Heating is provided by a high-efficiency, round cast iron burner with an insulated combustion chamber.

A chimney (one per tank) for exhausting combustion gases.

A thermostatic gas valve, equipped with a thermocouple safety system and piezo ignition, is provided.

Analogue temperature display is located on the front of each tank (7 cm diameter)
