The grill is equipped with two high-efficiency upper ceramic gas burners capable of reaching temperatures up to 850 °C, delivering even and intense heat distribution. Each burner has independent ignition, a safety valve with a thermocouple, battery-powered piezo ignition, and a pilot flame to safely maintain operation between cooking cycles.

It features a pull-out trolley with height adjustment on 8 levels, allowing precise control over the distance between the food and the heat source. The unit includes two robust cooking grids made of AISI 304 stainless steel with high thermal conductivity. These grids are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Below the grill is a residue collection tray mounted on guides, which can be removed together with the cooking grids, optimizing the cleaning process. Two removable water pans are placed at the bottom of the cooking chamber to collect grease and reduce smoke during cooking. Additionally, the unit has a drain system that greatly simplifies cleaning the cooking chamber after use.
