The grill is designed for professional use in catering establishments where effective and safe cooking of products is required. The surface is made of high‑quality AISI 304 stainless steel with a rounded top edge, ensuring easy cleaning as well as giving the unit a modern and aesthetic appearance.

The grill grate is made of stainless steel shaped in a “V” to channel fat away from the food, thus ensuring a healthier cooking result. For additional options a steel grate for grilling fish is available on request.

At the front of the unit there is a grease runner with a hole for drainage and a removable fat collection drawer, which facilitates cleaning and maintaining hygienic conditions.

The grill is equipped with high‑efficiency gas burners with two flame tubes, a gas safety tap, a thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition. Temperature is set via minimum/maximum settings. Control knobs are made of heat‑resistant material with “cool‑grip” properties, preventing them from getting hot during use.

The unit’s legs are adjustable and made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring stability, durability, and the ability to adjust height for different work surfaces. The grill is certified according to European Union CE safety and quality standards.
