The worktop is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.2 mm thick, ensuring durability and long service life. A rear chimney element is integrated at the top to help discharge steam and heat, improving the comfort of the working environment.

The tank is made of particularly corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel, pressed in one piece with rounded corners, making cleaning easier and enhancing hygiene. The tank has a capacity of 28 litres, and the unit includes a double bottom for the baskets to preserve the structure of products during cooking.

At the front there is an overflow zone with a double starch drainage system, which helps keep the water cleaner for longer. This zone is equipped with a perforated stainless steel shelf for draining water, which significantly facilitates the use of baskets and food preparation.

Water filling and topping up is done via taps whose control is located on the control panel, providing easy access and control. The drainage system is made of stainless steel and fitted with a ball valve that can be operated with a lever from the front.

Direct heating is provided by a multigas tubular burner, controlled by a multifunction control valve. This includes a pilot flame, a thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition, ensuring safe and reliable start-up of the unit.

Perforated AISI 304 stainless steel baskets are included, with heat-proof handles. Basket combinations are adaptable for cooking different products simultaneously. All control knobs and basket handles are made of heat-resistant material, for safe use even during prolonged operation.

The unit is equipped with adjustable legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel, allowing precise height adjustment and ensuring stability on any working surface.
