The appliance is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, long-lasting durability, and compliance with all hygiene requirements. The worktop thickness is 2.0 mm, guaranteeing structural safety for everyday use. An integrated rear chimney allows steam extraction, while the overflow drainage system and basket draining rack improve work comfort.

The cooking tanks are made of specially durable AISI 316 stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion, especially when exposed to salt and high temperatures. The tanks have rounded corners for easier cleaning. They are equipped with a false bottom that protects the cooking baskets from direct contact with the hot surface.

At the front, there is a double overflow and starch drainage area including a perforated shelf that facilitates draining of cooked products. Water supply is controlled via commands on the control panel, and the drainage line is made of stainless steel with a ball valve and an easily accessible lever, ensuring fast and safe water discharge.

Heating is provided by high-efficiency stainless steel armored heating elements placed directly inside the tanks. They ensure maximum heat output and even temperature distribution. The temperature is regulated by a thermostat adjustable from 50°C to 100°C. The control panel features warning lights: one indicating the appliance's operational status, and another showing when the heating elements are active.

The unit is equipped with adjustable legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel, allowing height adjustment according to kitchen needs and ensuring stable placement on any surface.
