The device’s construction is entirely made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, providing excellent durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning in daily operation. The work surface is fitted with a rear smoke extraction chimney that effectively vents vapors and improves ventilation in the workplace.

The grill is equipped with a high-efficiency cooking plate made of bright, hard chrome with a thickness of 15 mm. This choice of material ensures uniform heat distribution across the entire surface, enabling consistent and high-quality product processing. The stainless steel side splash guards protect the surrounding work area from dirt and grease, while maintaining a high level of hygiene.

The unit features a built-in fat collection system with a front drainage channel, a drain opening, and a removable grease drawer, which significantly facilitates cleaning and maintenance. Temperature control is handled by a thermostat switch, allowing precise adjustment of the working temperature between 100 °C and 240 °C. For added safety, the appliance is equipped with a manually reset safety thermostat to protect against overheating.

For user convenience, the grill is fitted with heat‑resistant handles and control knobs.
