The cooking surface is made of a 15 mm thick chrome‑plated steel plate, providing even heat distribution and stable temperature across the entire cooking area. This device is ideally suited for preparing a variety of foods — from meat and vegetables to seafood and eggs.

To ensure a clean and safe work environment, the device is equipped with stainless steel splash guards, as well as a front grease drainage system with a hole and a removable fat collection drawer that efficiently captures excess juices and fats.

Heat is provided by a high‑efficiency gas burner with two flame tubes, which heats the cooking area evenly. Temperature is regulated by a thermostatic control tap with 0‑8 positions, offering precise heat control. The device is also equipped with a thermocouple for safety and piezo ignition for convenient startup.

The control knobs and handles are made of heat‑resistant material, protecting the user from burns.
