This multifunctional professional range combines a gas cooktop with a powerful electric oven, providing extensive cooking capabilities and high performance in any kitchen environment. The work surface is made of premium AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, featuring a pressed 22 mm deep recess for collecting liquids, promoting a hygienic and efficient workspace.

The cooktop is equipped with high-quality chromed cast iron open burners. Each burner includes thermoelectric safety devices (thermocouples) and a protected pilot flame for safe operation. Ignition is manual, allowing precise control over the cooking process. Every burner has a glossy, acid-resistant cast iron grid with a porcelain enamel coating, ensuring exceptional durability and easy maintenance.

The integrated electric oven is fitted with both upper and lower shielded heating elements. Temperature is controlled by two independent thermostats to ensure flexibility and precision in cooking. The temperature range spans from 0 °C to 300 °C, allowing adaptation to a wide variety of culinary requirements.

The oven chamber, as well as both the outer and inner oven doors, are made of durable AISI 430 stainless steel.
