The gas stove’s worktop is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and mechanical damage. The surface is pressed with a 22 mm deep recess for collecting liquids and juices, significantly improving hygiene and organization during food preparation.

The stove is equipped with powerful open burners made of chromium-plated cast iron. Each burner features a thermoelectric safety thermocouple and a protected pilot flame for user safety. Ignition is manual, allowing precise control over each stage of the cooking process. The grids designed for single-burner use are made of cast iron with a glossy porcelain enamel coating, resistant to acids and easy to clean.

The unit integrates a gas oven with a chamber made of AISI 430 stainless steel and a bottom made of FE steel. Both the outer and inner oven doors are made of AISI 430 stainless steel and are equipped with a seal that ensures heat retention and efficient operation. The oven is equipped with a thermoelectric safety system, pilot flame, piezoelectric ignition, and precise thermostat temperature control ranging from 50 °C to 300 °C, allowing it to adapt to various cooking modes.

Ergonomic control knobs and handles are made of heat-resistant material with a "cool-grip" function, protecting the user from burns even during intensive use. Stability and convenient installation are ensured by adjustable legs, also made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.

The equipment is certified according to European Union EC standards, confirming its compliance with all essential safety and quality requirements.
