Description

Pan is completely constructed in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel scoth brite. Cooking vessel bottom is realized in AISI 304 stainless steel, mm. 10,0. Container by manual tilt function. Water fill by tap fixed on the flue riser. Counter balanced hinged cover in AISI 304 10/10 with ergonomic handle . Heated by stainless steel tube main burners. Ignition by piezo and pilot burner. Gas flow controlled by a thermostatic gas valve. Range 50° to 300° C. Safety is provided by flame failure device. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
