A freezer table combines refrigerated storage with a work surface, letting kitchen staff keep ingredients chilled while they prepare dishes directly above. The unit circulates cold air through a fan, drawing heat away from the interior and expelling it at the rear. This forced convection keeps every shelf at the same low temperature, preventing warm spots that could spoil food. A thick layer of insulation around the cabinet slows heat transfer from the room, so the compressor cycles less often and energy use stays low. The operator loads GN 1/1 gastronorm containers onto the shelf behind each door, sets the desired temperature on the touch panel, and closes the doors. The digital display shows the current reading, and the automatic defrost programme activates at intervals to melt any ice build-up. Condensate is evaporated by a heating element, so no external drain is needed. When the kitchen is ready to use the ingredients, the doors open and the containers lift out without scraping or tilting. The cabinet is built from stainless steel, inside and out, with a 50 mm polyurethane foam core. The worktop is 10/10 gauge stainless steel, seamless and reinforced to carry heavy trays. A single GN 1/1 shelf is fitted behind each door, and the technical compartment can be positioned on either side to suit the kitchen layout. The touch control panel has a 2.8-inch display and lets the operator set the temperature between -15 °C and -20 °C. The R290 refrigerant circulates quietly through the sealed system, keeping the freezer table's interior frost-free without taxing the kitchen's ventilation or the chef's ears. The unit runs on a single-phase 230 V supply, drawing 0.791 kW and consuming 8.7 kWh over 24 hours. A 271 L capacity holds enough GN 1/1 containers for a full service without crowding. The footprint of 1760 mm by 700 mm fits into most worktop runs, and the 950 mm height matches standard under-counter clearances. The 148 kg weight means the table is moved with a trolley or two people, and the plinth-ready base allows it to sit flush with adjacent counters. Stainless-steel surfaces shrug off kitchen splashes and fingerprints, so a quick wipe with a damp cloth restores the hygienic shine that health inspectors and chefs alike demand. The automatic defrost and condensate evaporation reduce manual maintenance, but the rear grille should be vacuumed periodically to keep airflow unobstructed. The TGB7D/170 A is classified as energy efficiency class E and meets Climatic Class 5, so it maintains stable temperatures in hot, humid kitchens up to 40 °C. Drawer configurations are available on request, and the unit is supplied with one GN 1/1 shelf per door.
