A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled food and drink visible while maintaining safe storage temperatures. The unit circulates cold air through a ventilated cooling system, drawing heat away from the interior and expelling it at the rear. This continuous airflow ensures every shelf receives the same temperature, preventing warm spots that could spoil perishable items. The refrigerant absorbs heat inside the cabinet and releases it outside, cycling through the system to sustain the set range without manual intervention.

To use the SF5/113, the operator loads products onto the adjustable shelves, closes the door, and sets the desired temperature on the touch-control panel. The digital display confirms the setting, and the automatic defrost cycle begins at intervals, pausing if needed to avoid interrupting service. Condensate drains away through an internal channel, eliminating manual emptying. Internal LED lighting switches on when the door opens, illuminating the contents for customers while the lock secures the cabinet overnight.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, forming the exterior and interior surfaces. A single-phase 230 V electrical connection supplies power to the compressor, fan and lighting. The refrigerant R290 circulates through sealed tubing, chosen for its low environmental impact and efficient heat transfer.

The door seal should be checked periodically for debris that could break the chilled environment.
