This refrigerator table combines outstanding design with professional functionality — an ideal solution for any modern professional kitchen.

Plug-in system
A refrigerated table holds perishable ingredients at precise low temperatures while providing an organised storage system directly on the kitchen floor. The unit circulates chilled air through a ventilated cooling system, drawing heat away from food and expelling it at the rear. This continuous airflow keeps every shelf at the same temperature, preventing warm spots and extending the safe storage life of prepared dishes, sauces and garnishes. The refrigerant absorbs heat inside the cabinet and releases it outside, cycling through a sealed circuit without direct contact with food or air.
The operator loads GN 1/1 gastronorm containers onto the two included shelves, one behind each door. After closing the doors, the digital touch control panel is used to set the desired temperature between -2 °C and +8 °C. The automatic defrost cycle activates at intervals, melting any ice build-up with heating elements and evaporating the condensate so no manual drainage is required. The unit maintains the set temperature continuously, allowing ingredients to be stored overnight or through service peaks without spoilage.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel throughout, including the exterior, interior and door liners. A 50 mm insulation layer between the inner and outer skins reduces heat transfer and keeps energy consumption low. Two GN 1/1 shelves are supplied, each sized to hold standard gastronorm containers. The technical compartment can be positioned on either the right or left side to suit the kitchen layout.
The 2.8″ touch control panel displays the current temperature and allows adjustment of the cooling set-point. An automatic defrost system with built-in heating elements and condensate evaporation removes the need for manual drainage. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon with low global warming potential.
A 213 L capacity provides space for multiple GN 1/1 containers, allowing ingredients to be stored in standardised portions ready for service. The 0.406 kW power rating corresponds to a 1.59 kWh daily energy consumption, reflecting the efficiency of the insulation and cooling system. A single-phase 230 V supply is required, matching the standard circuit found in most professional kitchens. The 106 kg weight indicates a sturdy construction that remains stable on the floor without additional anchoring. The 1290 mm width, 690 mm depth and 860 mm height create a footprint that fits beneath standard worktops and alongside other kitchen equipment.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water marks. The shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning. The automatic defrost and condensate evaporation systems reduce the need for manual drainage, but the rear condenser coils should be vacuumed periodically to maintain airflow and cooling efficiency.
The unit is supplied with two GN 1/1 shelves as standard. Custom drawer configurations are available on request, and the table is prearranged for plinth installation if required.
The table is designed for use with GN 1/1 gastronorm containers, ensuring compatibility with standard kitchen storage and transport systems.
This refrigerated table is categorised under professional refrigeration for kitchen storage, positioned as a floor-standing unit without a worktop for direct ingredient access during service.
