A freezer table combines refrigerated storage with a work surface, keeping ingredients at sub-zero temperatures while providing a stable platform for food preparation. The unit draws heat from the interior using a refrigerant that circulates through an evaporator coil. A compressor raises the refrigerant pressure, releasing the absorbed heat outside through a condenser. This cycle repeats continuously, maintaining the set temperature range of -15 to -20 °C. Ventilated cooling ensures even cold distribution, preventing hot spots and preserving food quality.

To use the table, load GN 1/1 containers onto the included shelves behind each door. Set the desired temperature on the 2.8-inch touch control panel; the digital display confirms the setting. The automatic defrost system activates heating elements at intervals, melting frost from the evaporator. Condensate is collected and evaporated automatically, eliminating the need for manual drainage. The unit operates on a single-phase 230 V supply, suitable for standard UK commercial circuits.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in food-service environments. A 50 mm insulation layer reduces heat transfer, stabilising internal temperatures and lowering energy consumption. The exterior dimensions of 2210 mm wide, 690 mm deep and 810 mm high allow integration into most kitchen layouts, while the 665 mm body height aligns with standard worktop heights. The technical compartment can be positioned on either side, accommodating spatial constraints.

The 362 litre capacity provides ample storage for GN 1/1 containers, organising ingredients within reach of the work surface. The 0.791 kW power rating reflects the compressor load, influencing the kitchen's electrical demand. The 153 kg weight requires two people or a trolley for safe movement. The R290 refrigerant is a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact, complying with current regulations.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, focusing on the door seals and touch control panel. The automatic defrost system reduces manual maintenance, but the condenser should be checked periodically for dust accumulation. The unit meets Climatic Class 5, ensuring stable operation in environments up to +40 °C and high humidity.

The TGB7D/220S is supplied with one GN 1/1 shelf per door. Custom drawer configurations are available on request, and the unit is prearranged for plinth installation if required. It is categorised under freezer tables in the professional refrigeration section.
