The GEMM WD7/121 wine display cooler holds up to 224 bottles in a vertical cabinet. The operator loads the bottles onto the shelves, sets the desired temperature between +4 °C and +16 °C using the touch-control panel, and starts the unit. The cooler runs continuously, maintaining the set temperature while the automatic defrosting system and condensate removal keep the interior clean without manual intervention. The lockable door secures the stock, and the internal LED lighting illuminates the bottles for display.

The cabinet is built from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The 50 mm thermal insulation reduces energy loss, helping the unit maintain a uniform temperature even in a busy kitchen or retail space. The refrigerant R290 is a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact, used here for its efficient cooling properties.

The 2.8″ touch-control panel allows precise adjustment of the temperature and settings. The unit operates on a single-phase 230 V supply, the standard voltage for professional catering equipment in the UK. The noise emission remains below 43 dB, quieter than a typical conversation, so the cooler does not disrupt service in a restaurant or bar.

The temperature range of +4 °C to +16 °C covers the storage needs of most wines, from sparkling and white to red and fortified. The 0.305 kW power rating reflects the energy required to maintain this range in a cabinet of this size. The footprint of 810 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 2100 mm high fits into a standard worktop height unit or stands on the floor, taking the space of a tall cupboard.

The WD7/121 meets Climate Class 4 standards, ensuring reliable performance in ambient temperatures up to +30 °C and relative humidity of 55%. White LED lighting (6000 K) is standard, with warm LED lighting (2700 K) available on request for a softer display atmosphere.
