GEMM WL6/222P Pass-Through Wine Display Cooler

A wine display cooler keeps bottles at serving temperature while letting customers see the labels. The unit draws heat from the air inside with a refrigeration circuit and expels it outside through a condenser. A fan circulates the cooled air evenly across every shelf, so no bottle is warmer than the set point. The refrigerant, R290, absorbs heat as it evaporates inside the cabinet and releases it when compressed outside, a cycle that repeats without adding greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. The WL6/222P is built as a pass-through cabinet: one door faces the sales floor, the other the stockroom. Staff load bottles from the rear, customers view them from the front. The operator sets the temperature on a 2.2-inch touch panel, choosing any value between +4 °C and +16 °C. An automatic defrost system melts any ice that forms on the evaporator coils, and the condensate water drains away without manual emptying. LED lighting inside the cabinet illuminates the labels; the brightness can be adjusted with a remote control to suit the room's ambience. The cabinet is made of stainless steel, inside and out, for hygiene and durability. The exterior can be custom-painted to match the décor. A lockable door secures the stock overnight. The cooler is rated for Climate Class 4, so it maintains temperature even when the kitchen or shop reaches +30 °C and 55% humidity. The 0.98 kW power rating shows the load the unit places on the electrical supply. It runs on a single 230 V circuit, the standard for commercial kitchen equipment. The noise level stays below 43 dB, quieter than a conversation, so it does not disturb customers or staff. The footprint of 1650 × 550 mm fits against a wall or between counters, and the 2200 mm height clears most worktop installations. The seamless stainless steel interior and exterior shed spills instantly, so a quick wipe restores the cabinet's showroom finish between service shifts. The automatic defrost and condensate systems remove the need for manual defrosting or water tray emptying. Shelving and internal fittings are not included, so the operator can choose racks or shelves that suit the bottle sizes in stock. A warm-white LED lighting option (2700 K) is available on request, replacing the standard 6000 K cool-white LEDs.
