Three independent temperature zones allow different varietals—white, rosé and red—to be held at their distinct requirements simultaneously, while the automatic defrost cycle prevents ice build-up that would otherwise disrupt airflow and efficiency.

The operator loads the bottles onto the adjustable shelves, closes the single-side door, and sets each zone to the desired temperature using the 2.2-inch touch control panel. The digital display confirms the current readings and allows brightness adjustment of the internal LED lighting via remote control, creating the right ambiance for the display. A lockable door secures the contents, and the automatic condensate elimination system removes moisture without manual intervention, allowing continuous operation.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in a busy professional environment. The exterior can be custom-painted to match interior décor, while the interior LED lighting is available in either cool white (6000 K) or warm white (2700 K) to suit the presentation style. The monoblock condensing unit, mounted internally, uses R290 refrigerant, which reduces energy consumption and environmental impact compared to traditional refrigerants.

The 230 V single-phase supply plugs into a standard UK commercial circuit, and the 1.47 kW power rating indicates the load it places on that circuit. The 2475 mm width, 550 mm depth and 2200 mm height determine the floor space required and how it fits alongside worktops or under overhead cupboards. The noise emission below 43 dB ensures the unit remains unobtrusive in customer-facing areas. The cooler complies with Climate Class 4, meaning it performs reliably even when ambient temperatures reach 30 °C with 55% relative humidity.

Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless-steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the automatic defrost and condensate systems eliminate the need for manual ice or water removal. Internal fittings are not included, allowing the operator to choose shelving or racks tailored to bottle sizes and display preferences.
