A ventilated cooling system circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, so every bottle reaches the same temperature regardless of where it is placed. The low-noise monoblock condensing unit sits inside the cabinet, reducing vibration and keeping the noise level below 43 dB while it runs.

The operator loads up to 480 bottles through the pass-through door, then sets each of the three zones to the required temperature on the 2.2-inch touch control panel. The digital display shows the current reading, and the automatic defrosting system with heating elements prevents ice build-up without manual intervention. An automatic condensate water elimination function removes moisture continuously, so the unit can run unattended for long service periods. Internal LED lighting at 6000 K provides bright, even illumination; brightness is adjustable via remote control to suit the display setting.

The exterior can be custom-painted on request to match the surrounding décor. A lockable door with key secures the contents, and the unit complies with Climate Class 4, ensuring reliable performance even when ambient temperatures reach +30 °C and 55% relative humidity.

Overall dimensions are 2475 mm wide, 550 mm deep and 2600 mm high, giving a large display footprint on the worktop or floor. The 1.47 kW power rating draws a single-phase 230 V supply, the standard circuit in most professional kitchens and bars. The refrigerant is R290, an eco-friendly hydrocarbon that reduces energy consumption and carbon footprint.

Cleaning follows from the construction: wipe the stainless-steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry to prevent water marks. The automatic condensate system removes moisture, so no manual draining is needed. Shelving and internal fittings are ordered separately to suit the bottle sizes and display layout required.

A pass-through door version is supplied as standard, allowing bottles to be loaded from one side and removed from the other for efficient workflow in busy bars and restaurants. Warm LED lighting at 2700 K is available on request for a softer ambiance.
