The shelf adjusts vertically so the gap between it and the surface above can be set to suit different container heights, from shallow trays to tall stock pots.

The shelf is fixed with screws or bolts through slotted brackets. Once the brackets are secured, the shelf panel slides into place and is locked with a simple catch. No additional legs or supports are needed, so the area beneath remains clear for trolleys, bins or foot traffic.

To use the shelf, the operator first positions the mounting brackets at the desired height. The shelf panel is then inserted into the brackets and secured. Items are placed directly on the shelf surface, which is flat and unobstructed. The 300 mm depth allows standard gastronorm trays and containers to sit fully supported, while the 1600 mm width spans the length of a typical workstation or prep area.

The shelf is constructed from stainless steel, which resists corrosion and staining in humid kitchen environments. The surface is smooth and easy to wipe down, with no seams or crevices that could trap food debris. Assembly tools are supplied with the unit, and the packaging is compact cardboard for straightforward handling and disposal.
