Easy-to-assemble construction, made of stainless steel.
A swinging door storage cabinet provides enclosed, organised space for dry goods, utensils or small equipment in a professional kitchen. The doors pivot on hinges, sealing the contents from dust and kitchen traffic while keeping them within easy reach. This design allows quick access without sliding drawers or lifting lids, and the full-height opening exposes the entire interior at once, making it simple to scan and retrieve items during service.
The cabinet stands on the worktop or floor, taking up a fixed footprint. Its height and depth create vertical storage that frees up counter space, while the width determines how much can be stored side by side. Shelves inside can be repositioned to fit taller or shorter items, so the same unit adapts to boxes, trays, bottles or stacked plates without wasted airspace.
To use the cabinet, the operator opens the door, selects or places an item, and closes the door. The hinges keep the door aligned, and the latch secures it shut. Adjustable feet or levelling bolts allow the cabinet to sit level on uneven floors, preventing doors from swinging open unintentionally.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, a material that resists corrosion, cleans easily and withstands the humidity and temperature swings of a commercial kitchen. The surface does not absorb odours or harbour bacteria, and it can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitisers without damage.
Assembly tools are included, and the unit arrives in compact cardboard packaging. The protective equipotential pin connects to the kitchen's earth system, preventing static build-up and reducing the risk of electrical faults in the vicinity.
The cabinet's dimensions of 800 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 1800 mm high define its footprint and capacity. The width allows it to fit through standard kitchen doorways and alongside worktops, while the depth accommodates standard gastronorm trays or bulk containers without protruding into walkways. The height provides ample vertical storage without requiring a step stool for most users, and the unit can be placed under worktops or hoods where clearance permits.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then drying to prevent water spots. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the hinges and latch should be checked periodically for smooth operation. The stainless steel finish does not require polishing, but any scratches can be buffed out with a non-abrasive pad if desired.
The cabinet is delivered with adjustable shelves, allowing the user to configure the interior to suit changing storage needs.
