A stainless-steel work table provides a hygienic, stable surface for food preparation, plating and assembly in professional kitchens. The flat worktop resists moisture, acids and cleaning chemicals, while the shelf below keeps ingredients, tools or containers within reach without cluttering the main surface. This arrangement keeps the workflow organised and reduces the need to bend or stretch for items during service.

The table stands on four legs joined by a frame, creating a rigid structure that does not wobble under load. A raised edge around the worktop prevents spills from running onto the floor, and the shelf below mirrors the worktop's dimensions, offering the same usable area for storage. The entire unit folds flat, allowing it to be moved through narrow doorways or stored in tight spaces when not in use.

To assemble, the operator unfolds the legs, aligns the screw holes and tightens the bolts until the frame is square and stable. The worktop is then placed on top and secured. Once assembled, the table remains in place, ready for daily tasks such as chopping, mixing or holding hot pans. The shelf below can hold trays, bins or small appliances, freeing the worktop for active work.

The worktop and shelf are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, reinforced with a laminated panel for added rigidity. The legs are constructed from 40 × 40 mm steel profiles, joined with screws for easy disassembly. A 40 mm raised edge runs along the perimeter of the worktop, containing liquids and small items.

The table's footprint of 1500 × 700 mm fits standard kitchen layouts, while its height of 850 mm aligns with most worktops and hobs, allowing staff to work without adjusting their posture. The stainless-steel surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser, and the smooth finish prevents food particles from sticking. The legs and frame can be cleaned with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive pads that could scratch the steel.

The folding design simplifies transport and storage, making the table suitable for temporary setups or kitchens with limited space. The screw-together construction allows the unit to be taken apart for deep cleaning or replacement of individual components if needed.
