The device is constructed with a ribbed and reinforced stainless steel bearing structure, ensuring high durability and stability even under intensive use. The device features 11 stainless steel skewers, each 50 cm long, allowing large quantities of various products to be cooked simultaneously. Each skewer has an independent motor-reducer, providing autonomous and smooth rotation.
