Construction and materials

The unit is constructed from stainless steel with a satin finish. The base and shelf of the display case are made of 4 mm thick, highly durable glass ceramic.

The side walls of the display case are made of 8 mm thick tempered glass, providing excellent product visibility and increased safety during daily use.

Glass-ceramic heating system

The glass-ceramic base and shelf are heated by concealed silicone heating elements located beneath the surfaces. This system allows the required operating temperature to be reached quickly and ensures even heat distribution across the entire heated surface.

Overhead heating and lighting

The display case is equipped with protected halogen heating elements positioned above the glass-ceramic base and shelf. They provide both product lighting and additional heating, helping to maintain the optimal food temperature for longer while ensuring an attractive presentation.

Control and temperature regulation

The unit is equipped with three electronic thermostats with digital displays. They allow the heating temperature of the glass-ceramic base and shelves to be controlled and adjusted separately according to the required settings.

The control panel is equipped with a 1 m long cable, allowing it to be installed separately, for example, in the furniture beneath the built-in display case.

Access to products

The display case is open on the customer side, providing easy access to the products. On the service side, it is equipped with sliding doors that facilitate product loading, replenishment and replacement.

Installation

The display case is designed for installation into a worktop. Once installed, the robust construction forms a 13 mm thick overlap above the worktop, ensuring stable, clean and aesthetically pleasing integration.
