Quartz heating elements provide even warmth from above, while an electric stove beneath the base offers additional heat. The mirrored back panel reflects warmth forward, ensuring consistent exposure across all shelves without rotating containers.

The unit accommodates up to four GN 1/2 gastronorm containers on two adjustable wire shelves. Curved acrylic glass doors swing upwards for easy access to both levels. Top-mounted lighting enhances visibility of contents, while the quartz heaters and base stove maintain temperatures between 30 °C and 90 °C. A single control knob allows smooth temperature adjustment for various dishes.

The exterior features brushed stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. Tempered glass sides and a curved acrylic glass door withstand daily use, with the mirrored back panel protected behind the shelves. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces.

A front control panel includes a temperature dial, power switch, and indicator light. The dial sets the desired temperature, the switch activates the heaters and stove, and the light confirms operation. The power rating reflects the electrical load in professional kitchens.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel body and glass panels with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The acrylic door and mirror panel require a soft cloth to prevent scratches. Shelves lift out for thorough cleaning, and heaters are accessible once shelves are removed. No disassembly is needed beyond removing the shelves, ensuring quick daily maintenance.
