HENDI Twin Sauce Warmer for Professional Use

This twin-well warmer is built to heat and maintain sauces or chocolate at consistent serving temperatures. Each well features a heating element positioned beneath a removable bottle, ensuring gentle warming. The insulated body minimises heat loss, while a thermostat regulates power to keep the liquid at the chosen temperature without scorching or thickening.

The appliance includes two 0.65 litre LDPE bottles, which are filled with sauce or melted chocolate and placed into the wells. A 6-step controller allows precise temperature selection between 30 °C and 65 °C. An indicator light signals when the heating element is active. Once the desired temperature is reached, the warmer holds it automatically, freeing staff to concentrate on other tasks.

Constructed from stainless steel, the body resists corrosion and is simple to clean. The two supplied 650 ml LDPE bottles each have a screw-on lid. Overheat protection automatically cuts power if temperatures exceed safe limits, safeguarding both the appliance and its contents.

With a 0.4 kW power rating, the unit operates on a standard electrical supply. The voltage is 230 V, suitable for UK mains. Weighing 3.05 kg, the warmer is easy to reposition or store. Its dimensions—270 mm wide, 223 mm deep, and 282 mm high—allow it to fit neatly on a worktop or shelf.

Maintenance involves removing the bottles, wiping the stainless steel body with a damp cloth, and washing the LDPE bottles in warm, soapy water. The power lead provides sufficient length for flexible placement.
