Equipped with 3 brushes : Horsehair pre-cleaning brush ø 19 cm / 2 Polishing brushes ø 22 cm + Polish dispenser 1 litres + included 1 bottle of polish
A shoe shine machine removes dust and dirt with a coarse brush, then applies polish and buffs it to a gloss with softer brushes. The Polifix4 uses a horsehair pre-cleaning brush to lift particles from the leather, followed by three polishing brushes that spread and shine the polish evenly across the shoe surface. The motor drives all brushes at a steady speed, ensuring consistent results without manual effort.
To operate the machine, the user places a shoe against the horsehair brush to remove loose dirt, then presses the shoe against the polish dispenser to apply a measured amount of cream. The shoe is then held against each of the three polishing brushes in turn, allowing the bristles to buff the polish to a shine. A single button on the control bar starts the motor and the timer, which runs for a preset duration before stopping automatically.
The housing is constructed from coated steel for durability and resistance to wear. The machine is available in several colour combinations: doors in embossed V2 A stainless steel, white, graphite, brushed V2 A, bright oak or jacaranda, each paired with a black housing. An optional LED lighting kit can be added to illuminate the work area.
Controls consist of a start button on the control bar and an internal timer that governs the duration of the polishing cycle. The 230 V motor draws 180 W and runs at 700 revolutions per minute, providing sufficient power for continuous use in high-traffic environments.
The 77 cm width, 39 cm depth and 93 cm height create a compact footprint suitable for lobbies, corridors and reception areas. The net weight of 33 kg allows the machine to be moved with a trolley or by two people, while the gross weight of 37.8 kg accounts for packaging and accessories. The 0.75 L polish dispenser holds enough cream for multiple applications before refilling is required.
Cleaning involves wiping the brushes and housing with a damp cloth to remove dust and polish residue. The polish dispenser should be refilled as needed, and the brushes checked periodically for wear and replaced when bristles become frayed.
The Polifix4 is offered in the standard configuration with a 230 V motor; a 110 V version is available as an option. The machine is categorised under professional cleaning equipment for public and commercial spaces.
