A shoe shine machine automates the cleaning and polishing of leather footwear by combining motor-driven brushes with a timed polish application. The motor turns two brushes in sequence: the first, made of horsehair, removes surface dirt without scratching the leather, while the second, a softer polishing brush, works the polish into the material. A built-in dispenser releases a measured amount of polish onto the brush, ensuring even coverage without waste. The operator simply holds a shoe against the brush, and a hand sensor starts the cycle, running for a preset duration to avoid over-polishing. This method replaces manual brushing, reducing effort and delivering a consistent shine across every pair of shoes or boots.

The Quadro Plus is operated by placing a shoe against the horsehair brush for pre-cleaning, then moving it to the polishing brush. A hand sensor detects the shoe and activates the motor, which runs the brushes at a steady speed. The polish dispenser releases cream onto the polishing brush as needed, controlled by the timer. Once the cycle completes, the brushes stop, and the shoe is removed with a high-gloss finish. The process requires no manual pressure, allowing the operator to focus on positioning the shoe correctly.

The machine is constructed with a brushed stainless steel housing, available in a standard finish or with an optional real leather top cover. The two brushes, each 22 cm in diameter, are mounted on a vertical column, with the polish dispenser positioned above the polishing brush. A 0.75 L polish bottle is included, along with a starter bottle of cream. The hand sensor and timer are integrated into the front panel, eliminating the need for physical buttons or switches.

The 230 V motor draws 150 W and runs at 700 revolutions per minute, suitable for a standard domestic or commercial power outlet. The 44 kg net weight ensures stability during operation, while the 49 kg gross weight includes packaging for transport. The 38 cm width, 34 cm depth, and 127 cm height allow the machine to fit in a reception area, corridor, or cloakroom without occupying excessive floor space.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel housing with a damp cloth to remove dust and polish residue. The Quadro Plus is available with either a standard brushed stainless steel housing or the same housing with a real leather top cover. The voltage can be specified as 230 V or 110 V at the time of order. Optional dark and light polishing brush covers are offered for customisation.
