This professional device is entirely made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and compliance with hygiene requirements even in intensive professional environments. The device is equipped with a GN-type tank measuring 1/1 + 1/3 with a depth of 200 mm, providing optimal capacity and convenient cooking or storage of food.

The water filling tap is integrated directly into the tank and can be controlled from the control panel, allowing easy and precise water level adjustment. The lower compartment has a drainage tap for quick and simple discharge of water or other liquids. The device also features an overflow pipe inside the tank to prevent water overflow and ensure safe operation.

Heating is provided by armored heating elements located outside the tank, making cleaning easier and prolonging the device's lifespan. The temperature can be regulated by a thermostat ranging from 30°C to 90°C, allowing precise adjustment for various cooking or storage tasks.

The control panel has two warning lights — one indicating the device's power status, and another signaling when the heating elements are active. The device is equipped with a general on/off switch and a safety thermostat that protects the device by interrupting heating if the temperature exceeds the maximum setting of 90°C.

To protect the user from burns, the handles and adjustment knobs are made of heat-resistant material with a cool-touch coating. Stable and convenient placement of the device is ensured by adjustable legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
