The SILVER class additionally offers Care Dry, Sprinkler and double door glass. The BRONZE class offers a display for the EM programmer showing time, temperature and programme.

Which class should I choose?
If the dryer runs several shifts a day, GOLD pays back quickly, because every cycle is cheaper and shorter. If the load is moderate but you want programmable control and remote monitoring, choose SILVER. If staff only need a few buttons and the machine does not have to be on the network, BRONZE gives the same mechanics for less. BASIC is the option for a tight budget up to 35 kg.

How much does GOLD actually save?
Danube states up to 60% energy saving compared with other dryers, delivered by air recovery, thermal insulation and moisture control working together. The real figure depends on your load and the machine being replaced — the more cycles per day, the faster the payback.

What is Care Dry?
Moisture control that stops the cycle as soon as the set residual moisture percentage is reached. It prevents over-drying, which wastes energy and is the main cause of fabric wear.

Why does a reversing drum matter?
The drum periodically changes direction, so the linen does not rope into a single twist. The result is more even drying and fewer creases, which saves time at the ironing stage.

Is an external exhaust required?
Yes, the DD range is vented. If an exhaust cannot be installed in the room, look at heat pump dryers.

Electric, gas or steam?
If the site has gas, a gas model is usually the cheapest to run. Steam suits sites that already have a boiler. Electric is the simplest to install but the most expensive per cycle.

How do I choose the capacity?
The dryer should be at least as large as the washer, ideally slightly larger — linen needs room to move freely while drying. An 18 or 22 kg dryer works well with an 18 kg washer.
