The IGLOO BASIA Neo 0.94 cold showcase, article BN120, is designed for the prominent display and sale of refrigerated goods such as dairy products, sausages, meat, and cheese. It also serves for the short-term storage of prepared dishes.

The operating principle of this type of showcase involves static cooling. An internal cooling aggregate chills the air, which is then circulated within the insulated chamber. This method maintains a consistent temperature, suitable for preserving the freshness and quality of displayed items. The system includes an electronic temperature controller with a digital display, allowing for precise setting of the internal climate. It also features automatic defrost to prevent ice build-up.

The insulation is ecological polyurethane foam. Back doors provide access to the storage chamber, which is made of white coated steel. The worktop is stainless steel, and the unit is finished with anodised aluminium profiles available in gold or silver. A bumper is available in various colours.

Controls consist of an electronic temperature controller with a digital display for setting and monitoring the temperature. An analogue thermometer is also present. The unit is equipped with an alarm for condenser impurity or fan operation failure.
