A remote cold showcase keeps perishable goods chilled while presenting them to customers under bright, even lighting. The refrigeration unit sits away from the display case, drawing heat from the air inside and expelling it outside the sales area. This separation cuts noise and heat at the point of sale, leaving the shop floor quieter and cooler. A fan circulates cold air across the shelves, holding every item at the same temperature without frost or hot spots. The glass front curves outward, giving customers a clear view of the products while the hinged rear door lets staff restock quickly from the back of the unit.

The operator loads GN containers of dairy, meat or cheese onto the stainless-steel shelves, then sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +1 °C and +10 °C. The digital display confirms the setting and the unit begins automatic defrost cycles to keep the evaporator free of ice. An LED lamp above the display area switches on, casting white, pastry or deep-pink light to enhance the appearance of the goods. The footprint of 1875 mm by 1155 mm fits a medium worktop space, while the 1220 mm height allows customers to see the products from a distance. The weight of the unit dictates that it is positioned on a solid floor and moved only with a trolley or pallet truck.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel shelves and worktop with a damp cloth, lifting the curved glass to reach the interior, and brushing the condenser coil at the back of the unit. The LED lamp and side glass panels can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the hinged rear door allows access to the storage chamber.
