Confectionery showcase PARIS Z 1290 mm, Temperature range +4/+10ºC
A confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady cool temperature while presenting them through clear glass. The refrigeration system pulls heat out of the cabinet and expels it at the rear, creating a gentle air flow that circulates around every shelf. This continuous movement prevents warm spots and keeps the display evenly chilled without freezing the products. An automatic defrost cycle melts any ice that forms on the evaporator, and the resulting water is evaporated by the condenser so no manual draining is needed.
To use the showcase, the operator loads the shelves from the rear sliding door, then sets the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C. LED lighting inside the cabinet illuminates the products from above, while the straight front glass can be opened to restock or serve. A melamine storage area beneath the work surface holds trays and utensils, and a sound signal alerts staff when the condenser needs cleaning.
The cabinet is built with a powder-coated outer casing and melamine edges for durability. The work surface is stainless steel, and the base plinth combines stainless steel and melamine for easy cleaning. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation maintains the internal temperature, while AC fans circulate the cooled air. The entire unit is assembled from standardised modules, allowing the length to be adjusted by adding or removing sections.
A power rating of 486 W indicates the load on a single-phase 230 V circuit. The temperature range of +4 °C to +10 °C is chosen to keep confectionery fresh without risking freezing. The footprint of 1250 mm wide by 920 mm deep fits against most worktops, and the 1050 mm height allows customers to view products at eye level. The refrigerant R290 is a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel work surface and melamine storage areas with a damp cloth. The condenser should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust, and the sound signal reminds staff when this is needed. The straight front glass and sliding rear door can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the LED lighting is sealed to prevent moisture ingress.
The PARIS 1.25 Z is part of the PLUG-IN range, designed for easy installation in retail and café environments. It is categorised under professional refrigeration for confectionery display.
