Confectionery showcase PARIS Z 1605 mm, Temperature range +4/+10ºC
A confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady chill while putting them on full view for customers. The unit circulates cold air from an internal cooling coil through a fan, lowering the temperature evenly across every shelf. This dynamic cooling cycle prevents hot spots and ice build-up, so the display stays clear and the products stay fresh for hours. An automatic defrost programme melts any frost on the coil without manual intervention, and the melted water evaporates on its own, keeping the interior dry and hygienic.
To start the showcase, the operator plugs it into a standard 230 V single-phase supply, sets the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C on the electronic regulator, and loads the shelves through the sliding rear door. The straight front glass can be opened for restocking or cleaning, while the LED lighting inside highlights the colours and textures of the confectionery. A sound signal alerts staff when the condenser needs cleaning, ensuring consistent performance.
The construction combines a powder-coated outer casing with melamine panels for durability and easy cleaning. The work surface is stainless steel, resisting scratches and spills, and the base plinth is available in either stainless steel or melamine to match the kitchen's finish. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation keeps the cold in and energy use low. The edges are melamine for a seamless look, and the storage areas beneath the display are covered with melamine or PES fabric for protection.
A 489 W power rating means the unit draws a modest load on the kitchen circuit, suitable for continuous operation alongside other equipment. The footprint of 1563 mm wide, 920 mm deep and 1050 mm high allows it to fit through standard doorways and align with existing counters. The weight of the showcase ensures stability on the floor without needing additional anchoring.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel work surface and melamine panels with a damp cloth, while the glass front can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. The condenser should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust, following the sound signal as a reminder. The sliding rear door and removable shelves simplify access for deeper cleaning.
The PARIS 1.56 Z is part of a modular range, so additional units can be added to extend the display length without gaps or mismatched styling. It is classified under professional refrigeration for confectionery and dessert display.
