IGLOO JAMAIKA 1000 mm Warm Confectionery Showcase

A warm showcase keeps confectionery at serving temperature without drying it out. The JAMAIKA 1000 mm model circulates warm, humidified air through a sealed cabinet. A refrigeration unit cools the air to the set point, then a heating element gently raises it to the desired warmth. The forced-air system moves the conditioned air across every shelf, so cakes, pastries and biscuits stay fresh and ready to serve while remaining visible behind curved glass. To use the showcase, plug it into a 230 V supply and allow it to reach operating temperature. Load confectionery onto the three adjustable glass shelves or the bottom wooden shelf. Set the electronic controller between +5 °C and +15 °C; the unit will maintain the chosen level automatically. LED lighting above and below each shelf highlights the display without adding heat. When the showcase needs defrosting, the system runs the cycle on its own and evaporates the condensate, so no manual draining is required. The exterior is a wooden housing available in several colours, with matching side panels or optional glass sides for a continuous run. Inside, the frame can be finished in silver, gold or black to suit the decor. The curved front glass opens for easy access, and the back has sliding doors for restocking. A bottom shelf of wood provides extra storage or display space. An 8.0 kWh daily energy consumption reflects the load of keeping a 1000 mm-wide cabinet at serving temperature. The 230 V, 50 Hz connection requires a dedicated circuit typical of professional kitchens. The footprint of 1000 mm by 865 mm fits standard worktop depths, while the 1370 mm height allows eye-level presentation without obstructing sightlines. The curved front glass swings open on hinges, letting you wipe every shelf and the wooden bottom without moving the cakes. Wipe the glass shelves and curved front with a damp cloth; the wooden surfaces take a mild detergent. The automatic defrost and condensate evaporation remove the need to empty trays. LED lighting does not need replacement bulbs, and the electronic controller has a digital display for easy reading.
