The KAMELEO 0.6 W operates on a dynamic cooling system driven by an external refrigeration unit. Cool air circulates continuously around the cabinet, maintaining an even chill without frost build-up. Automatic defrost cycles melt any ice that forms, and the resulting condensation evaporates without manual intervention. This method ensures the showcase remains frost-free and ready for service, even during long operating hours.

To use the showcase, the operator first selects the desired temperature between +5 °C and +15 °C using the electronic controller. The digital display confirms the setting. Once the temperature stabilises, pastries are placed on the three adjustable glass shelves or the stainless-steel lower shelf. Each shelf can be tilted and positioned at different heights to highlight specific items. LED lighting above and beneath each shelf illuminates the pastries, enhancing their colour and texture. The curved front glass opens smoothly, allowing easy access for loading and arranging products. A rear sliding door provides additional access from the back, while the hinged door on the KAMELEO 0.6 W can be set to open left or right, depending on kitchen layout.

The cabinet is constructed with a wooden base and front panel, available in various colours to match the bakery's decor. Glass side panels or combined glass splitters allow the unit to be linked with others for a continuous display. The interior frame can be painted silver, gold, or black, offering further customisation. Ecological polyurethane foam insulation maintains the internal temperature efficiently, while the external cooling unit keeps the main cabinet compact and quiet.

An electronic temperature regulator with a digital display allows precise control over the internal climate. If the condenser becomes clogged or the fan obstructed, an audible alert sounds, prompting maintenance. The power requirement of 51 W and 230 V supply means the unit can be connected to a standard kitchen circuit without overloading it. The overall dimensions of 625 mm depth, 960 mm width, and 1360 mm height provide a generous display area while fitting within typical worktop layouts.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and stainless-steel lower shelf with a damp cloth. The curved front glass and side panels can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. The rear sliding door and hinged front door should be checked regularly to ensure smooth operation. The wooden base and front panel may be wiped with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish. The external cooling unit requires periodic checks to ensure unobstructed airflow around the condenser.
