A refrigerated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady cool temperature while presenting them through clear glass. The unit circulates chilled air behind the display, drawing heat away from the food without drying it. Adjustable shelves let the operator angle each level so that every item is visible from the customer side, and LED lighting on each shelf highlights colours and textures without adding warmth to the case.

The operator loads the shelves from the back, setting each item at the chosen height and tilt. The digital control panel is set to the desired temperature between +5 and +15 °C; the unit then maintains that level automatically. An acoustic signal sounds if the condenser or fan becomes clogged, prompting a clean to keep cooling efficient. When the defrost cycle runs, it melts any frost build-up without manual intervention, so the case stays clear and the food remains undisturbed.

The KAMELEO 1.3 W is built on a wooden cabinet finished in the colour chosen from the BHS range, with curved side panels to match. Inside, polyurethane foam insulation keeps the cold in and the heat out. Three separate glass shelves rest on adjustable brackets, allowing height and angle to be tailored to the product mix. A stainless-steel bottom shelf provides a sturdy base, while the curved front windshield and rear door both open for easy access. Each shelf is lit by LED lamps designed for confectionery, ensuring even illumination across the display.

The electronic control unit displays the current temperature and allows precise setting. Adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors, and the 230 V, 50 Hz supply plugs into a standard single-phase circuit. The 220 kg weight means the showcase is moved on a trolley or pallet jack, and the 1405 mm length determines the counter space it occupies. Automatic defrost and the acoustic alert for condenser contamination reduce daily maintenance to wiping shelves and glass, while the back door and windshield open fully for thorough cleaning.
