A refrigerated display showcase keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining a steady low temperature. A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils at the rear, pulling heat from the interior. Fans distribute the cold air evenly across every shelf, ensuring uniform cooling without hot spots. This dynamic, ventilated system responds quickly to door openings and new stock, restoring the set temperature faster than static cooling can. The showcase's insulated panels and foam core slow heat transfer from the room, reducing the compressor's workload and energy use.

To load the KING EVO 2.5 AT, slide the night blind up or open the optional doors. Place products on the six adjustable shelves, tilting each shelf to the best angle for visibility. Set the electronic regulator to the desired temperature between 1 °C and 10 °C; the digital display confirms the setting. The automatic defrost cycle melts accumulated ice without manual intervention, and the condensate pump removes water to a drain up to 0.6 m above the unit. LED lighting in white, pastry or pink illuminates the interior, while the open top panel and PETG plastic fence keep items secure without blocking the view.

The showcase is built on a coated-steel frame with 40 mm insulated side panels. The front lower panel and interior shelves are also coated steel, available in various colours. Environmentally friendly polyurethane foam fills the walls and doors, and the top panel uses organic glass in different tints. A Hitachi cooling unit at the rear runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply, suitable for a standard UK single-phase circuit.

The 2540 mm length provides ample display space for a full service counter, while the 820 mm width fits within a typical worktop run. The 2150 mm height allows clear visibility across the shop floor. The unit's weight and footprint require floor mounting; wheels or adjustable feet are not fitted. Night blinds reduce cooling loss when the shop is closed, and the price strips let staff update labels without disturbing the display.

Cleaning involves wiping the coated-steel surfaces with a mild detergent solution, avoiding abrasives that could scratch the finish. The PETG fence and organic-glass top panel can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The automatic condensate pump and defrost system minimise manual upkeep, but the drain line should be checked periodically for blockages.

Optional roller blinds or sliding doors can be added at installation or retrofitted later. The LED lighting colour and shelf angles are adjustable after purchase, and the price strips and front panel colours can be changed to match a shop's branding.
