A refrigerated display case keeps perishable foods at a steady low temperature while presenting them openly to customers. The LUZON 1.56 uses static cooling: a cooling aggregate circulates cold air inside the cabinet without forced fans. This method avoids drying the surface of unwrapped products, preserving moisture in meats, cheeses and fish. The case holds the temperature between +1 °C and +10 °C, a range that keeps foods safe without freezing them, so they stay ready for immediate sale.

To use the showcase, the operator loads products onto the stainless-steel exposition area or into the white-coated storage chamber behind hinged back doors. The straight front glass pane can be slightly opened for quick access. LED lamps illuminate the interior; the colour can be chosen to enhance the appearance of different foods—white for general use, confectionery for pastries or pink for meats. The electronic temperature controller with digital display allows precise setting and monitoring of the internal temperature. An alarm sounds if the condenser becomes clogged or the fan fails, alerting staff before the temperature rises.

The body is constructed from white-coated sheet metal with a service-side base flashing, while the worktop is stainless steel for durability. Anodised aluminium profiles in gold or silver frame the glass sides, which are available in selectable colours. Insulated plastic sides and ecological polyurethane foam insulation reduce heat transfer, lowering energy consumption. The condenser outlet drains into a container, simplifying maintenance. Automatic defrost prevents ice build-up, ensuring consistent cooling performance.

The LUZON 1.56 measures 1645 mm long, 1180 mm wide and 1230 mm high, with an additional 10 mm tolerance. Its footprint fits standard retail layouts, and the design allows multiple units to be joined using internal and external corner pieces, creating customised display lines. The voltage requirement of 230 V at 50 Hz matches the standard single-phase supply in commercial kitchens and shops. The power rating of 4.8 kWh per 24 hours indicates the daily energy demand, helping operators plan electrical loads.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel worktop and exposition area, as well as the white-coated storage chamber. The hinged back doors allow easy access for thorough cleaning. The glass front and sides should be cleaned regularly to maintain visibility, while the condenser outlet container must be emptied to prevent overflow. The LED lamps and anodised profiles require only occasional dusting.

The LUZON series offers several customisation options: the colour of the body, bumper and glass sides can be selected, as can the finish of the aluminium profiles. The LED lighting colour is also adjustable to suit different product types.
