A 230 V, 50 Hz supply powers the refrigeration system and controls, matching the standard single-phase circuit found in most professional kitchens and retail spaces. The refrigerant blend of R134a and R290 balances cooling performance with environmental considerations, meeting current regulations without requiring special handling equipment. Stainless steel shelves and work surfaces wipe clean instantly, keeping the display spotless between customer waves without chemical residues that could taint fresh fish or sliced meats. The stainless-steel display and worktop wipe down with standard sanitising solutions, while the white-coated steel storage chamber resists staining. The hinged rear door opens fully for access, and the absence of internal fans simplifies maintenance—no grilles or coils to brush or vacuum.
